I Face Cracks on My New Michelin City Grip 2 Motorcycle Tire After Only 500 KM

I purchased a Michelin City Grip 2 motorcycle tire (2025 production) on September 4, 2025, from Lastikdeposu.com.tr and had it installed on my bike. Within the first week of use, while checking the brakes, I noticed cracks forming between the tread patterns. I have only ridden about 300–500 kilometers, and such early deformation is very concerning for a brand-new tire.
After noticing the issue, I contacted both Lastikdeposu.com.tr and Michelin’s Turkey distributor. However, I was told that Michelin tire compounds are soft and that these surface cracks are considered normal, adding that their own motorcycles have similar cracks. I find this explanation unacceptable, given that the tire is brand new, under warranty, and has developed cracks in such a short period of time.
My order number is eabce478-8ADB-5dc3-9799-a7b6b094e73b. I request that this tire be evaluated under warranty and replaced, as this issue clearly indicates a manufacturing or material defect rather than normal wear.
