There seems to be a bit of a mix-up with my recent loan application, and honestly, it's left me feeling a little misled, your website says the APR can be anywhere from zero to almost 30%, depending on one’s credit and the loan itself, sounds reasonable but then, after I get approved, the rate they offer me is way higher than I expected, and nobody even bothers to explain why. I wasn't getting the full picture about the cost of borrowing through you, you promised I could follow everything in my account, but the updates have been all over the place and haven't been reliable at all. you guys should be more upfront about loan rates in the future so other customers don't have to deal with the same confusion I did.
