I Was Offered a Lower Interest Loan on Garanti BBVA App but Got a Higher Rate

Garanti BBVA did not keep the promise it made to me through its mobile app. I was offered a loan at a 2.94% interest rate and was told I needed to visit a branch to complete the process. However, when I went to the branch, they said the interest rate was actually 5.59%. I had to take unnecessary leave from work just to be misled. This kind of misinformation wastes people’s time and affects their financial planning. I even showed the app screen to the branch staff, but they simply said the system had changed. There is a clear inconsistency between what the mobile app shows and what the branch offers, and I feel deceived.
