I Report Brawl Pass Plus Gift Error: Cannot Receive Gift From Friend

Last Tuesday, my friend purchased Brawl Pass Plus from their phone and then attempted to gift it to me. They followed the correct procedure: entering the game, clicking on their Supercell ID, selecting "My Games," choosing Brawl Stars, and then clicking "Gift" to select my ID. However, an error message appeared stating, "This friend cannot currently receive donations. Try again later." This gifting problem is highly frustrating and has prevented me from receiving the gifted pass.

This issue is causing both my friend and me significant disappointment and confusion. We followed the in-game instructions precisely, yet the system presented an unclear error without any explanation or viable workaround. The inability to receive a legitimate gift impacts my game progression and feels unfair. I urgently request that Supercell investigate the reason for this gifting error and provide a solution so I can receive the Brawl Pass Plus my friend purchased for me.
