I Can't Access My Brawl Stars Account After Failed Supercell ID Verification
My Brawl Stars account was previously linked to a friend's device, and to regain full access, I contacted Brawl Stars Support. I answered every question they asked, providing all the details they requested about the account. However, instead of solving the problem, they locked my account. Now, every time I try to log in, I get an error saying, "Verification Failed," and I am completely locked out.
They even asked if there had been any purchases on the account. I honestly answered yes, but they then requested a purchase receipt. The problem is, the purchases were made by my friend as a gift, so I don't have the receipts myself.
I am incredibly disappointed with the way my situation has been handled. I demand that Supercell take immediate action to verify my ownership through the detailed information I provided and restore my access. It's unacceptable to lose my account due to inflexible and unfair verification procedures.
