Accidentally Purchased Brawl Pass Plus – Got a -5000 Gem Penalty and No Refund

Although I usually buy the Brawl Pass Plus every month, I wasn’t planning to get it this time since I didn’t like the rewards. However, my younger cousin made the purchase on my account without my knowledge. When I tried to request a refund, I received a penalty of -5000 gems, and the money wasn’t refunded. It’s frustrating to be penalized for something that wasn’t my fault, and this experience has really diminished my interest in the game. I need this issue resolved and my money refunded, as this situation is unfair.
