Unauthorized Charge for Brawl Pass Plus, Account Penalized Unfairly

In Brawl Stars, my card was charged for the Brawl Pass Plus without my knowledge or consent. Despite the charge, no content was credited to my account. I requested a refund, and instead of resolving the issue, my account was penalized with a -5000 gem balance.

This is unacceptable—why should players be punished for an error in your system? The support team simply stated, “There’s nothing we can do,” which is incredibly frustrating. If there is a bug in the game, the burden should not fall on the players. Brawl Stars, I demand an immediate resolution: either refund my money or restore my account balance. This kind of treatment is unjust and unacceptable. Fix it now!
