Purchased Brawl Stars Account Was New and Useless, Refund Denied

I recently purchased a Brawl Stars account, but upon logging in, I discovered it was completely new, with zero trophies and no progress made. This is not what I expected when buying the account.

I attempted to request a refund, but my request was denied. I then sought help through the support section, but no assistance was provided. This left me frustrated and feeling cheated out of my money.

I am now reaching out here in hopes of resolving this issue. I want my refund processed as soon as possible and assistance from the company to ensure fairness in this transaction. Please address this matter promptly.
