Wrong Purchase in Brawl Stars Led to -5000 Gem Penalty – Requesting Refund
Hello, we accidentally made a wrong purchase in the Brawl Stars game, and immediately after, we canceled the transaction. However, the game penalized us with a -5000 gem deduction, which is very frustrating since we already work hard to collect gems. What is the reason for this penalty?
Our children are the ones playing, and mistakes like this are bound to happen. Canceling a wrong purchase should be considered normal, right? I’m requesting that this error be fixed, and the 200+ gems currently in the account be refunded. This is the second time such an issue has occurred, and we’ve now disabled the purchase function on the phone to prevent further mistakes. Please resolve this issue and remove the penalty.
