I purchased a Braun MQ5245WH Multiquick 5 Vario food processor from Hepsiburada about three weeks ago. I used the product for the first time this week, and during its very first use, the chopping blade became worn down on its own. I am confident that this issue did not result from user error, as it occurred immediately and under normal usage conditions.
I have the invoice, and the product is still under warranty. However, when I contacted both Braun and Hepsiburada customer service, I was told that the issue would not be covered under warranty. I find this unacceptable, as a brand-new product should not deteriorate this quickly.
I am requesting that the worn chopping blade be replaced free of charge under warranty, and that my complaint be reviewed as a manufacturing defect, not user-related damage.
