On October 3, 2025 and October 6, 2025, I purchased chips with my credit card in the Boyaa Turkey Texas Poker game. In both transactions, my bank was charged 975.51 TL and 929.90 TL respectively, and both payments appeared successful. However, the chips were not credited to my account.

I have experienced similar issues before, but this time the chips never arrived at all. Normally, when I make a purchase, the chips are credited to my account instantly, but this time no chips were added. On my bank statement, the transactions appear labeled as “London”, and I have receipts for them.
I could not find any channel to reach customer service. I request that my chips be added to my account or that the amounts I paid be refunded. I respectfully ask for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
