Boyaa Poker Charges Me for Chips but Doesn’t Credit My Account

I purchased 9.99 USD worth of chips twice in Boyaa Poker, but the chips were not credited to my account. I want this issue to be resolved. In my previous purchases, the chips were credited instantly, and I have payment receipts for these transactions.

Why are customers being put at a disadvantage like this? If the chips are not credited to my account today, I will file a criminal complaint and a lawsuit through consumer protection authorities.
