I purchased chips on Boyaa Poker, and the payment was successfully charged to my account, but the chips were never added. I’m asking you to either load the missing chips or issue a full refund as soon as possible. This is a game we genuinely enjoy playing, but situations like this cause serious frustration and prevent us from continuing the game. Please review this issue and correct it as soon as possible so players are not left at a disadvantage.
