Boyaa Poker Charged Me for Chips but Never Added Them

I loaded chips on Boyaa Poker Turkey, but the chips were not added to my account. I completed the purchase as usual, but even after waiting, nothing has appeared in my balance. This situation is very frustrating because I can’t continue playing the game without chips.

I made the chip purchase using the mobile payment service. The payment was successfully charged from my account, but the chips were never credited back to my Boyaa Poker account. I’ve checked multiple times and waited, but there has been no update. I’m asking for this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, either by adding the missing chips to my account or issuing a refund.
