Bosch, I trusted your name as a global brand and purchased one of your washing machines with the expectation that it would last many years without issues. Unfortunately, in just three and a half years, the machine has developed serious rusting problems.
When I contacted customer service, they told me the issue wouldn’t be covered under warranty because the machine is located in the bathroom. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase, and frankly, most people don’t have dedicated laundry rooms. The excuse feels like a convenient way to avoid responsibility.
I’m deeply disappointed. I will no longer purchase or recommend any Bosch products again. A high-end brand should stand behind its appliances, especially when they fail in under four years due to normal use.
