MEXC Restricted My Verified Account and Locked My $150 Funds

I am writing to complain about a restriction that MEXC has suddenly placed on my spot account, which is preventing me from withdrawing my own funds. When I attempt to withdraw, the system only displays that my account is “restricted” without providing any clear explanation. This issue started today. I am a fully verified user from India, and my KYC verification with MEXC is fully completed. Despite this, I am unable to access my balance, and approximately $150 is currently stuck in my spot account.

I contacted MEXC customer support, but they failed to provide any proper or detailed explanation for this restriction and did not even create a support ticket for my case. I urgently need this money for medical purposes, and being unable to access my funds is causing me serious hardship. I request that you immediately remove the restriction on my account and allow me to withdraw my $150 without any further delay. If there is a specific reason for this restriction, I expect a clear and written explanation. However, my top priority is urgent access to my funds due to my medical needs. I ask that you treat this as an urgent case and resolve the issue as quickly as possible so I can use my own money.
