I purchased a Bosch Serie 4 washing machine from the Ümraniye Bekarlar Bosch store about three years ago. For the past six months, I have been dealing with a serious rusting issue right under the detergent drawer. Since the machine’s warranty was only two years, it has already expired. However, this is especially disappointing because the product was marketed as stainless, yet rust appeared in such a short time. The rust keeps spreading downward and looks worse over time.
I contacted both the store where I purchased it and the authorized service center. Unfortunately, instead of taking responsibility, the service told me I needed to pay ₺700 just to have a technician come and look at it. They also claimed that the rust problem was not related to the brand and did not offer any solution.
We specifically chose this machine because of its stainless steel promise, but Bosch failing to stand behind its quality is extremely frustrating. The serial number of my machine is WAU24T91TR/36. I request a full product replacement, as a washing machine should not develop rust this quickly, especially when sold as stainless. Bosch should take responsibility and resolve this defect immediately.
