I’ve been using a Bosch Serie 6 washing machine, and although it’s only 6 years old, the edges of the machine have started to rust, and the front right side is also showing clear signs of corrosion and mold. This is extremely disappointing—especially coming from a brand like Bosch, which markets itself as reliable and long-lasting.
What’s even more frustrating is that the machine comes with a 10-year motor warranty, yet the exterior is deteriorating well before that mark. How can such visible decay occur in under a decade from a premium appliance?
I’m asking Bosch to take responsibility and provide a solution for this premature damage. It’s unacceptable that a machine from such a well-known brand starts rusting and breaking down so early. Please address this issue and offer a repair or replacement for the corroded parts before it worsens.
