I Waited for Bosch White Goods Delivery but Got No Installation or Support

Between 12:00 and 14:00 on May 2, 2025, my two Bosch white goods were scheduled to be delivered by Rooster Logistics but were instead delivered at 16:40. I called Bosch technician E*** K*** at 16:42—still within the 14:00 to 16:00 window—and he told me he was done for the day, heading home, and that I should book another appointment, then hung up on me. This is despite Bosch service hours officially extending until 20:00. I called Bosch customer service four times, but they only took down my request and did nothing. Even though I clearly stated I would be out of town on May 3, 2025, no new service was assigned, as if the day was already over. For a company that claims to be a global brand, Bosch has been completely unhelpful in my case. I was shocked at how unqualified their technical service was and how poorly managed the situation was. I do not recommend Bosch, and I will now file a formal complaint with Consumer Rights.
