I Lost Work Days Due to Bosch Installation Delays For My Refrigerator

We purchased a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher from two different Bosch stores and requested installation. We were informed that they would come to our home on Monday, 26.08.2024, between 12:00-14:00, and they did. However, it was stated that the installation technicians would come between 14:00-16:00. I took unpaid leave from work and started waiting at home; I had been at home since 10:00 in the morning. The installation technicians arrived and installed the refrigerator and dishwasher. However, we were told that another team would come for the installation of the washing machine and dryer. We contacted the technician who was supposed to come. He said he couldn’t provide an exact time but would definitely arrive by 20:00. Based on this, we continued waiting. At 19:00, he called me and said that he couldn’t come because the dryer stabilizing bracket was missing and that he could come the next day. I informed him that I couldn’t take another day off from work and requested that he come and complete the installation during the day, even if not at the specified time. I reminded him that he had assured us he would definitely come by 20:00 and that we had scheduled our appointment for Monday, not to postpone it to the next day. However, he said it was not possible, and he couldn’t come. He canceled our appointment himself and didn’t show up. His disrespectful behavior and casual attitude on the phone bothered me, and I think his name was H***. As someone preparing for a wedding, I informed him that taking unpaid leave for two days had caused me significant inconvenience. He claimed that he could double my compensation and apologized, but afterward, he ignored my messages and calls. Instead of being ashamed, he even mocked me. Subsequently, I called customer service and explained the situation, only to be told that I needed to reschedule the appointment because it had been canceled. Even though I hadn’t canceled the appointment, the technician did, and he never came; we were left just waiting. The next day, I had to take unpaid leave from work again. I faced problems both at my workplace and financially. We are paying substantial amounts of money, and the service we receive shouldn’t be this bad. The store where I made the purchase was concerned only until the sale was completed and then passed the responsibility on to Bosch. We conducted all the discussions with Bosch, and no one cared. I filed a complaint to report my grievance. I explained the situation to customer service representatives Az** and Ay** . They said I would be called, but I haven’t been called for days. Isn’t there anyone in the entire BSH organization who is responsible, authoritative, and conscientious enough to follow up on the issue? Isn’t there anyone to monitor the technicians’ arbitrary behavior and their right to inconvenience and harm people? I have experienced such disappointment after the sale.
