Bosch Service Keeps Postponing My Hood Appointment Without Notice or Explanation

A service record has been created for my Bosch hood. They came from Buca Service, took a video and left. There was no response and no information was given. When I called 444 6 333 2 days later, I learned that they had made an appointment for noon that day without my knowledge. I stated that I was working at that time and warned them not to make an appointment without notice. We made an appointment for Tuesday evening. I sat at home and waited, no one came. I called and learned that the appointment was postponed until the next day. I waited the next day and no one came again. I called again, this guy must be kidding us, it was postponed again to the next day. What kind of irresponsibility and disrespect is this? What kind of professional ethics is this? Do I have to sit at home and wait for your pleasure? How long will I cancel and postpone my plans? Where is professional ethics? Where is Bosch quality? Shame on you indeed! Robert Bosch's bones must be aching.
