I ordered a dishwasher from the Bosch dealer at Emaar Mall on September 21, 2023. The machine was scheduled for delivery between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on September 23, 2023, with installation between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The dishwasher arrived at our house at 5:00 p.m. via a logistics company. We waited until 8:00 p.m., but no one arrived. When we contacted the dealer, we were shocked to learn that the service installation had been canceled. When we contacted customer service, we were told that our service request had never been created. We had a gathering at our house on September 24, 2023, so we had to arrange for the removal of our old dishwasher ourselves. We were left hanging. We discovered the hard way that Bosch isn't such a dependable company after all. We've been left extremely disappointed.
