To my dismay, the vacuum head attachment of my Bosch Unlimited 6 vacuum cleaner spontaneously broke while I was using it, and it hasn't even been a full year since I purchased the product. The area that holds the attachment in place simply snapped during regular usage, leaving me extremely dissatisfied with the product's quality Upon further investigation, I discovered numerous similar complaints on the Xolvie website, indicating that this issue is not an isolated incident. It appears that the vacuum's construction is plagued with subpar-quality plastic components, leading to a chronic problem experienced by several other customers as well. Now what do we do with this? Will your brand just let the customers dwell in pain or do something about it?
