Bosch Cordless Vacuum Broke After Few Uses

The cordless upright vacuum cleaner I purchased from Bosch Online broke after using it fewer than 20 times—the screw mount on the right side of the dust container snapped, and the screws appear damaged. While using the vacuum, I heard a clicking sound from the right side, and when I opened the dust container, the nozzle immediately fell off. The battery life is also very poor; even after charging it all day, it runs for less than 8–10 minutes, and the suction power quickly weakens. In low mode, there is almost no suction at all, and even in turbo mode, the performance is disappointing. These issues occur with every use, and I’m constantly dissatisfied with the product’s performance. I also find the vacuum physically fragile—the head is heavy, and the parts lose durability during use. I am certain these problems are not due to user error and have documented them with photos. I contacted Bosch customer service, but they only offered a 50% discount on replacement parts. I believe the product has a factory defect and request a full replacement.
