Major brands typically issue recalls or provide free replacements for such defects, which indicates that this product is faulty. I trust Bosch will address this issue with the necessary care and responsibility. For example, when my Arçelik dishwasher broke in its fourth year, the company acknowledged the manufacturing defect and replaced it with a higher model. A large company should offer effective solutions.

The part has been replaced free of charge. However, we will most likely experience the same problem again in the future because this is a design flaw.
