Bosch Türkiye Service Not Working Properly
My spouse scheduled a service appointment for September 27th from 5 PM to 8 PM, a strange 3-hour window. We canceled the appointment at 6 p.m. and rescheduled it for September 28th, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. We received an SMS confirmation. No service technician arrived between 4 and 6 p.m. on September 28th. We dialed the number provided. This is what happened: There was no apology either. The renowned German punctuality is sadly missing from Bosch Turkey's service. Their systems are broken; you receive an automated text response that says something like, "Dear valued customer, thank you for your feedback and suggestions." Our customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible. Call 444 63 33 from anywhere in Turkey for all inquiries..." Missed appointments and unresponsive customer service have made for a vexing experience.
