I’ve requested a replacement, but Bosch insists on part replacements, claiming that a replacement isn’t possible while the warranty is active. If the refrigerator is this faulty during the warranty period, what will happen after it expires? It’s clear this product isn’t reliable. I refuse to accept more part replacements and demand a full product replacement. Otherwise, I will escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
