I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Bosch. On October 5th, my refrigerator was delivered from the service station with visible damage. There was a dent on the side body due to rubbing during transportation and another dent in the rear corner, presumably from the service car. Shockingly, the refrigerator was transported without any proper packaging, which likely caused these damages. When I reported this situation to the company, instead of addressing the issue and offering a solution, they insisted that the damage had already existed upon delivery. This response was frustrating and unhelpful. I urge everyone to protect themselves by taking photos of their products before delivery to avoid becoming victims like me. I expect Bosch to rectify this situation promptly.
