Bosch Customer Service Failure - Unreachable Line and Unprofessional Call Agent

On 30.09.2025 at around 10:30, I tried to reach Bosch customer service. The call center line at 444 6 333 was not working and kept disconnecting with the message “we cannot serve you.” At 10:40, I managed to connect to another number I had previously saved from a Bosch call (0850 305 60 90). When I asked where I should apply regarding my issue, they gave me the same non-functioning number again. When I explained that it wasn’t working, the customer service representative hung up on me. I find this approach highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and far from corporate standards. Additionally, at 10:15 on the same day, I received two separate messages stating that I had made an application and that they could not reach me. However, I never made such an application, and if there is one, I wanted to learn about it, but I cannot find a working number to contact your company. I have faced similar problems before and constantly struggle to reach Bosch customer service. My name is Seher B*** A*******, my contact number is 532 *******88, and I live in Sakarya Adapazarı. The messages mentioned an invoice or application but provided no reference number or details, and since I cannot reach anyone, I cannot get information either. Furthermore, I request that the customer service personnel who spoke with me at 10:40 on 30.09.2025 be identified from the call records and formally warned. I believe such behavior is not only unprofessional but also inhumane. My expectations from Bosch are to provide an accessible customer service line, an explanation and apology for the issues I have experienced, and a proper follow-up. I demand full compensation for all the difficulties I have been subjected to.
