Trusting in Bosch's reputation and quality, I purchased an Inox series dishwasher and double-door refrigerator two years ago. However, before the two-year mark, rust started to appear on the front panels of both appliances. I contacted the Iskenderun service center, which promptly responded, came the next day, and uploaded photos of the issue to their system. After not receiving any follow-up for a week, I contacted the central office again and was assured that I would receive a response. Despite this, more than a month passed with no update.
On July 19, 2024, I called the Bosch service center again to express my concerns. A service record was created, and a team visited my home the next day to conduct the same inspections and upload new photos. Today, the Iskenderun service center informed me that the central office determined it was a user error.
How can Inox series stainless steel products rust in under two years, especially in a kitchen environment, and be considered user error? This situation is completely unacceptable, and my trust in Bosch is shattered. While I currently cannot upload the photos, I will do so shortly. Bosch is no longer a name I associate with trust but with disappointment.
