Gameforge Stalls Metin2 Account Recovery Over Forgotten Email Address From 2008

On the Metin2 TR Osmanlı server, between 2008 and 2011 while I was in high school, I spent days and nights developing my ninja character named Infexible under the username Cvazz. The email address registered to my account back then was BRC.s*@hotmail.com. I never used cheats and have no history of cheating. Years ago, my account was permanently banned, which I suspect was due to a shared IP address with C**** K***, the owner of a ninja character named resident35 who played from the same house and helped me level up.

Years have passed. Although I wanted to create a new account and play at various times, I never gave up on wanting my old account back because its sentimental value is so high. It was a level 75 character with a Ninja Strike skill that hadn't even reached Master (G) yet, most biologist quests still pending, blue ponytail hair, and without any extraordinary gear—but it was a character I put my hard work into. For an account whose financial value wouldn't even be worth thirty dollars, I am trying purely for its sentimental value and the time I invested.

In 2023, I applied to the support team with the information I could recall for my banned account, as shown in the attachments, requesting to unban it, but the 2nd Chance application was not active at that time. Later, when the system opened, I reapplied under the 2nd Chance program. On July 12, 2026, my application was approved. However, the process stalled when they asked me to provide one of my old email addresses, which I barely remember. Over the years, I changed my personal email addresses and passwords countless times, making it impossible to recall most of them.

The administrator who approved my 2nd Chance application was M***, while the administrator who blocked the process was user fastfood. Despite my application being approved in the first stage, my account remains unbanned to this day simply because they demanded an old email address I cannot remember. In effect, an approved application was virtually rejected over a completely forgotten email address. If I cared that much about starting over, I could simply create a new account, spend money to level up a new character, or purchase a high-level fully geared account online; that is not difficult. But my concern is not financial; it is about my own account that I put years into.

I request from the Metin2 TR and Gameforge teams that my 2nd Chance application be truly put into effect, and that my account under username Cvazz, containing my ninja character Infexible, be reactivated. The account does not hold high financial value, but what matters to me is my effort and memories. My demand is that my account be unbanned using my current information and identity verification, rather than requiring old email addresses I used years ago and can no longer remember.
