Booking.com Placed Unauthorized Charge on My Credit Card for a Reservation

I noticed a reservation was made on your website using my credit card without my consent, and I require it to be canceled right away. On 08.02.2025, my card ending in 0652 was charged €612.07 for a booking I did not make. I did not approve this transaction, and I have not received any confirmation or information regarding the reservation. I have already reached out to my bank, and they verified that the charge went through your platform. I anticipate a swift refund as I was not part of this transaction. I attempted to contact your customer service, but obtaining clear assistance has proven to be difficult. I really hope this issue can be sorted out soon before I need to take further steps.
