I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my credit card that were processed through Booking.com without my knowledge. It appears that my card information was stolen, and fraudulent charges were made.
The transactions occurred on March 2, 2025, with amounts of $209.64 and $84.04. I did not authorize these payments, and I demand an immediate refund for the stolen funds.
Booking.com must take responsibility for securing customer payment information and assist in resolving fraudulent transactions. I expect a prompt investigation and full reimbursement as soon as possible. Please address this issue urgently!
