I Was Overcharged by Booking.com and Received No Customer Support

I have two serious issues with a reservation I made through Booking.com. First, I was overcharged. I selected and thought I paid ₺102,760 for my trip, but my credit card was charged ₺106,780 instead. I have screenshot evidence of this discrepancy, but I can't share it here due to the traveler's personal information.
The second issue is even more frustrating: none of my messages to customer service have been answered. All I receive is an automated response stating, "We will respond within 24 hours," but no actual assistance follows. This is utterly disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. While you might eventually refund the overcharged amount and resolve the first issue, you can't make up for the lack of response over the past two days. And what’s with the 24-hour wait time? When a problem arises during travel planning, you should respond in two minutes, not 24 hours!
The Consumer Arbitration Board will resolve the issue you couldn't fix, even if it takes 7-8 months.
Note: Let me also point out that the currency was set to Turkish Lira. So don't even try to use that as an excuse—it won't be accepted. Please don't waste your time.
