I Was Charged 30€ City Tax at Despite All-Inclusive Booking

During my stay at A********* B**** hotel from May 28 to 30, I was unexpectedly charged a 30€ city tax at check-in. This was surprising because I had booked my reservation with all taxes and fees included. The hotel reception claimed that Booking.com did not pay the required tax and fees, which is unacceptable and has caused me inconvenience. I demand that this issue be resolved promptly and that the 30€ be refunded to me. This kind of miscommunication and extra charge damages trust in the booking process, and I expect Booking.com and the hotel to address this immediately.
