I Face Unauthorized €2,060.81 Charge from Booking.com Without Making a Reservation
On June 12, my credit card was charged €2,060.81 through Booking.com without my knowledge or consent. I did not make any reservation or authorize this payment. The moment I noticed the transaction, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute to block or reverse the charge. However, I have been unable to reach Booking.com customer service, and I have received no response to my attempts to report the issue directly to them.
