I Face Unauthorized €2,060.81 Charge from Booking.com Without Making a Reservation

On June 12, my credit card was charged €2,060.81 through Booking.com without my knowledge or consent. I did not make any reservation or authorize this payment. The moment I noticed the transaction, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute to block or reverse the charge. However, I have been unable to reach Booking.com customer service, and I have received no response to my attempts to report the issue directly to them.

This is a serious and unjust situation, and it has caused me significant financial stress. I live in Zonguldak, Turkey, and I also have the full reference details for this unauthorized transaction, which I am ready to provide for verification.

I urgently request that Booking.com investigate this matter, cancel the unauthorized charge, and refund the full €2,060.81 to my account. This issue must be resolved without delay to prevent further harm and restore trust in the platform’s security.
