Booking.com Refund Delayed After Free Cancellation

I booked a stay at Trip Inn Zurich Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland through Booking.com with confirmation number 4602732168 and PIN 2222. I canceled my reservation on January 27, 2025, well within the free cancellation period. Shortly after, I received an email from Booking.com confirming that my refund would be processed within 7-12 days.
However, no refund has been issued, even though the stated processing time has passed. I am in urgent need of this money, and I expect Booking.com to resolve this matter immediately.
I have already waited long enough, and I find it unacceptable that a simple refund process is taking this long. Booking.com, please process my refund without further delay!
