Booking.com Overcharged at Hostel Van Gogh
I booked a stay at Hostel Van Gogh through Booking.com for the dates of June 13th to June 15th. Unfortunately, the charge on my credit card was much higher than the price I was quoted for the reservation. It's frustrating that both the hostel and Booking.com have been unresponsive and unwilling to offer a refund for this issue. It feels incredibly frustrating - we're unable to reach anyone, and Booking.com is unwilling to reimburse the excessive charge.
