Booking.com Not Showing My Hotel – Eden Hotel Budva Unavailable for Reservations



I manage Eden Hotel Budva in Montenegro, and I have encountered a serious issue with Booking.com. When I set availability and reservation dates through the Booking.com app, my hotel appears as ready and bookable. However, when I try the same search via a web browser, using different platforms, devices, and internet providers, my hotel either does not appear in search results or shows as unavailable for booking.
This means I could be losing potential guests who search through a browser instead of the app, leading to significant financial losses. I need urgent assistance to fix this issue before it harms my business further. Booking.com, please investigate and resolve this immediately.
