Bolt Charged Me for a Ride I Did Not Take - Their Customer Service Failed
Bolt charged €215 for a ride I never took. Out of nowhere, I got an email stating the driver charged me for a 2.5-hour ride—which is quite ridiculous for such a little distance. Not even made it inside the car! I emailed customer service via the app and reached out through it, but their reply disappointed me. They entirely disregarded how ridiculous the 2.5-hour length was and declared they could see nothing wrong. There was just a preposterous price; no waiting time or cancellation cost. Their support has been zero; so, right now I am working with my bank. This strikes me as straight-forward fraud. Watch; avoid linking your card to Bolt. I would not suggest their service to anybody. Clearly unfair and inappropriate.
