My Bobbi Brown Order Came In Damaged
I just got a package from Bobbi Brown, and I was really disappointed because one of the liquid items had leaked. It made the other products impossible to use. After I emailed them, they quickly sent me a return code and thanked me. But the issue is that when I pointed out that I bought the items on sale and got free gifts, the current promotions don't match what I got. They promised to reply to me within 2 days, but unfortunately, they didn't say anything. When I called customer service, they transferred me to a department that was supposed to handle my issue. However, I've dealt with them before and they don't seem to care about customer problems. Even though they said they would, I'm still waiting for them to reply.
