My BMW 520i, with only 78,000 kilometers on the clock, has a coating abrasion on the front inner handle plastic trim. Such quality issues not only diminish my impression of the vehicle but also those of all my friends who have ridden in it. This issue will undoubtedly influence my future vehicle choice, as it is already influencing my friends' choices. This unexpected problem with my BMW has disappointed me and raised concerns about the brand's dependability. As a loyal customer, I expect prompt action to address this issue and prevent it from influencing future vehicle purchases for myself and my friends.
