BMW 118 2015 Model Front Windshield Seal Damaged—Request for Assistance

I recently purchased a 2015 BMW 118 after previously owning a BMW 320. Unfortunately, I noticed that the front windshield seal on my new vehicle is damaged and partially torn. I’m deeply disappointed to encounter such an issue with a reputable brand like BMW. Is this a common or chronic problem with this model, or is it an isolated defect? It’s upsetting to face such an issue with a vehicle of this caliber, especially so soon after purchase. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
