Superlive App Accidental Purchase Charged 14 JOD Needs Refund

I am writing regarding an accidental purchase I made today through the Superlive mobile app. An amount of 14 JOD was charged directly to my card from Jordan Islamic Bank for a purchase that I did not intend to make and do not wish to use.

Since this payment was made by mistake and I have not used or benefited from the service, I request that the 14 JOD be refunded to my card. I also ask that any subscription or paid feature linked to this transaction be canceled immediately.

Additionally, I request written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
