Remove My CVwizard Details Completely And Cancel My Subscription

I am writing regarding an issue with an unwanted subscription and a planned deduction of R299 from my Capitec account by Cvwizard. On 14 April 2026, I noticed that an amount of R299 was scheduled to be deducted, even though I did not knowingly agree to or approve such a subscription or payment. I request that my subscription with Cvwizard be cancelled immediately, that all my banking details be completely removed from your system, and that I receive clear confirmation that no further deductions will be made from my account in the future. I also ask that you review how this subscription was activated on my account, as I was not aware that I would be charged R299, and I did not give informed consent for this recurring payment. I kindly expect a prompt written confirmation once my subscription has been cancelled, my banking details have been removed, and any future charges have been stopped.
