Blizzard has introduced an option to "temporarily turn off the verification device" for troubleshooting login issues. The Battle.net authentication app, previously used for secure login, was integrated into the Battle.net app on January 4th. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed about this change. Additionally, many users can access their accounts through alternative methods such as email, phone SMS, and secret question, all of which are active in my game account.
In the "no-reply" style emails responding to my problem notifications on January 25, 26, and 27, Blizzard requested numerous questions about my account. I provided correct answers to the best of my recollection but faced difficulty logging into Battle.net without the authenticator, resulting in complaint numbers.
On the 26th of last month, two different game masters responded with a message akin to "share your information or we will not save your account." I am determined not to give up on this account, which holds a balance of more than 3000 TL. Whether it has been compromised or is a software issue, I'm unsure.
Blizzard, please utilize the information I've shared to log into my Blizzard account and "temporarily turn off my verification device" as per your website instructions. I've provided all the necessary information, including the secret question and answer, and I eagerly await an email with a reset link.
