If Blizzard locked your Battle.net account after unusual activity, check the email linked to your account first — Blizzard usually sends a secure code or reset link you must use to unlock it.
Go to the Battle.net “Can’t Log In” or recovery page and follow prompts to reset your password, recover a forgotten email, or verify identity with phone/SMS.
If automated recovery doesn’t work, contact Blizzard Customer Support with identifying info (email, name, purchase details) so they can restore access.
If the issue persists, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
