If Blizzard keeps closing your ticket, first reopen it from the Battle.net Support portal and add a brief update asking for escalation, since tickets marked “Waiting on Player” or lacking details are often auto-closed.
Include exact dates, transaction IDs, BattleTag, region, and screenshots to prevent automated closure.
If that fails, submit a new ticket under a different but accurate category such as Billing or Account Access, which Blizzard prioritizes higher than general issues.
Avoid opening multiple tickets at once, as Blizzard notes this can reset your place in the queue.
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
