I’m very disappointed with my Blaupunkt Vacumaster A30T cordless vacuum. Before going on a 2-week vacation, we unplugged it as a safety precaution. But when we came back and tried to use it, the vacuum wouldn’t charge at all. We had no idea something so simple would cause such a major problem.
I sent it to the service center, hoping they would fix the issue. It came back—but now it runs for less than a minute before dying again. Clearly, the battery is completely degraded, and this shouldn’t happen after such a short time of not being used.
Blaupunkt, I’m requesting a replacement battery, whether free or paid. This needs to be resolved quickly. I shouldn’t be left with an unusable product after such basic use.
