BlaBlaCar Account Blocked Without Reason, Requesting Reactivation

My BlaBlaCar account was suddenly blocked without any wrongdoing on my part. I suspect that my slow internet connection caused the app to deactivate my account. I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior and am certain this issue is a mistake. I rely on BlaBlaCar, and having my account blocked for no valid reason is extremely frustrating. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and my account reactivated as soon as possible. This issue has caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I hope BlaBlaCar resolves it promptly to restore my access to the app.
